As the cornerstone of our family business, Anna has always been a trailblazer. With a career spanning several decades, Anna has held many leadership roles in sales, marketing and partnerships in the IT industry, she has been fortunate to be a part of the executive teams at some of the world’s best known technology companies. Her journey in the corporate world is nothing short of remarkable, marked by her sharp business acumen and visionary leadership.

Yet, behind the formal suiting’s and corporate titles, Anna nurtured a deep, unwavering appreciation for cannabis as a medicinal remedy, as it has helped her elevate her chronic migraines for years. It was this hidden appreciation that eventually inspired her to pivot from her high-flying corporate career to the burgeoning world of cannabis.

Sam Roberts

HEAD OF CULTIVATION

Sam, representing the second generation, embodies a different yet complementary path. His passion for cannabis was cultivated through a more organic and hands-on approach. Traveling across the nation, Sam immersed himself in diverse cannabis cultures and practices. He worked on various farms, learning the intricacies of cultivation and honing his skills through experience and hard work, he spent many years on the west coast learning and working beside some of the best growers in the industry.

Sam’s journey is driven by pure passion. His deep understanding of the plant and its cultivation methods convinced Anna and her husband to embark on this new venture. Together, their combined expertise and shared vision has laid the foundation for our family business.

 

Stacie Paquette

HEAD OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING

Throughout her accomplished 26-year career in big tech, Stacie honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of project management and product development. Her strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities have been instrumental in driving the success of numerous high-profile projects and initiatives.

Stacie’s love and appreciation for cannabis use has grown over the years and has helped her to minimize migraines and anxiety. As she steps into the world of cannabis, Stacie is poised to apply her expertise in a new and impactful way. With the cannabis industry rapidly evolving and gaining mainstream acceptance, Stacie’s vision is to contribute to the responsible and sustainable development of cannabis products that can positively impact people’s lives.

Justin Bartlett is a seasoned leader in the cannabis industry with six years of experience across Massachusetts and California, specializing in cultivation. As the Operations Manager for U4EA Farms, Justin oversees post-harvest operations, compliance, and inventory management, ensuring every step of the process aligns with industry standards and customer expectations. His dedication to delivering high-quality products and his deep understanding of the cannabis market make him an integral part of the U4EA Farms team.

Andrew Elk

Andrew Elk brings a dynamic blend of strategic sales leadership and a deep-rooted passion for quality cannabis and the legal cannabis industry. Andrew began his cannabis career in Massachusetts’s medical retail program in 2016 and has had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from talented industry insiders up and down the East Coast.

He was tremendously impressed by the quality of the cannabis he saw growing at U4EA Farms and was excited by the opportunity to shepherd and support a burgeoning and talented startup team. He recognized the unique potential of U4EA Farms to set new standards in the market and was eager to help them reach their full potential.

He thrives on building meaningful relationships and connecting high-quality products with the right retailers and partner manufacturers. Andrew’s hands-on approach and keen understanding of industry trends have enabled him to drive growth and deliver value in this rapidly evolving landscape.

Joe Kiklis
