Celebrating One Year in Business- Roller-coaster of a ride!

Imagine for a moment standing at the platform of the HULK ride at Universal Studios in Florida. If you’ve ever ridden it, then you know it’s an unexpected journey where your body is launched over 60 miles per hour as Hulk-like power propels you upside down into a zero-gravity roll. The momentum pushes you forward faster and faster.

For me, when the Hulk ride ended there was an incredible rush of adrenaline. Without a doubt it was scarier and way more fun than any roller coaster I’d even ridden.

That’s how this past year has felt for me. 😊

 As we celebrate our first anniversary at U4EA Farms, we want to take a moment to reflect on this incredible journey and express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has propelled us forward. 

When we started just one year ago, we had a clear vision: to become a trusted name in growing a true craft cannabis product, where flower is our focus. The past year has been filled with challenges (more than I can even list here), growth (talk about the meaning of agility), and countless learning experiences. With each step forward, we’ve grown stronger and more passionate about serving our customers and consumers, while making strong partnerships, which seems to be something this industry is starting to embrace.

Here are just a few milestones we’re proud to share:

• Harvests: In a few short months we have cultivated and delivered four high-quality cannabis flower harvests, yielding over 400 lbs. of product. We committed to being a Certified Remediation Free facility, even before our first harvest was completed! We did that because we care about the end user and we’re committed to delivering pure and naturally euphoric weed.  
• Partnerships: Our network of partners and collaborators has grown significantly, allowing us to better serve our customers.  Check out how fanatical we are about these amazing companies. We couldn’t have gotten here without them.

• Community: The positive feedback from our customers and community continues to motivate us to go above and beyond.  We built our brand this year, and that has been fun to see the community response to our logo, colors, packaging and the fun way we are showing the market who we are and how euphoric our product is.

• Team U4EA: We have built a wee, but mighty team.  We come from all ages and backgrounds, and we all live by one motto: “Family, Friends, and Flower”.  Our Team U4EA Farms make coming to work a pleasure, and everyone is passionate about what they do at our little farm. 

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our customers, partners, and extremely dedicated team members. Trust and belief in our mission have fueled our progress and inspired us to keep moving forward through the ups and downs.  This year we’re looking forward to participating in industry events and entering some contests to see how we might measure up against the companies we admire most!

Unlike the HULK ride, this journey is ongoing and dynamic, we don’t know what twist, turn or hill is next, there is no certainty to this ride. But as we look ahead, we’re determined to continue growing (no pun intended), innovating, and making a positive impact in the cannabis market. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to have our next adrenaline rush.

Thank you for being part of our ride. Today the journey feels less scary than it did a year ago, but we still get an adrenaline rush with each win and each step forward we take. And I can honestly say, work is far more fun than any other job I’ve ever had!
